i am african-american diagnosed with dark spots from folliculitis. i have used many retinols,only have minimally helped. what products do you suggest? what about laser treatments?

Dear Dr. Evans, I live in NY and would like to have laser hair removal for my face. I'm currently going through menopause, which has caused unusual hair growth, and terrible acne. What's a woman to do? Do you have a practice in NY, or would you be willing to recommend a doctor? Please help!
