Myth: Tanning will cure your acne
Fact: Tanning may temporarily reduce the redness in your ace, but after you color goes away, the acne is still there. Tanning can also dry out your skin and sometimes cause irritation. While tanning remember to wear a oil free SPF of at least 30.
Myth: Poor hygiene is a main cause of acne
Fact:Hygiene is not a cause of acne. Oil and bacteria combined can cause outbreaks. Cleansing your face with the right cleanser, preferably an anti-microbial cleanser, will help rid of the bacteria and reduce those dreadful outbreaks.
Myth: Squeezing a pimple will make it go away faster
Fact:Popping pimples does not make your zits go away faster! In fact, popping them can actually spread the bacteria. It also can leave you with a permanent scar on your face.

Antioxidants can help you maintain your health in many ways. Antioxidants help keep elasticity in your skin, your hair healthy, and they even help to keep your muscles from weakening.
These antioxidants, Vitamin E, A, B, and C can help reduce your acne breakouts.
What they do:
Vitamin E: helps reduce the visible wrinkles and fine lines which can lead to you having healthier younger looking skin
Vitamin A: helps with healing, fighting acne, and tends to give skin a smooth look
Vitamin B: helps your skin to maintain that healthy balance, and tends to help reduce stress
Vitamin C: helps breakdown damage done to the skin
